HOUSEMAID PORTAL PRIVACY ADDENDUM

This Housemaid Portal Privacy Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the GetKlean General Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the GetKlean Housemaid Portal (the “Portal”). This Addendum explains how personal data is processed when Housemaids (and any authorized Portal users) use Facebook Login to access the Portal.

If there is any conflict between this Addendum and the General Privacy Policy, this Addendum controls for Portal-related processing.

 

1. Scope

This Addendum applies to:

  • Housemaids who use Facebook Login to sign in to the Portal; and
     

  • Portal-related data processed in connection with authentication, account linking, and Portal operations.
     

 

2. Data We Collect Through Facebook Login

If you choose Facebook Login, GetKlean may receive and store the following data from Facebook (subject to your permissions and Facebook’s settings):

  • Name: To identify you within the system.

  • Email address: For unique account identification and communication (if permitted by you).

  • Facebook Provider ID: To securely link your Facebook account to your GetKlean profile.

  • Profile photo URL: To display your user avatar within the Portal interface.

  • Facebook access token: For authentication session management.

 

Access token use: The access token is used for authentication/session management and permitted platform interactions. We store it only as necessary for the Portal to function and for security controls (e.g., detecting suspicious login activity).

 

3. How We Use Housemaid Portal Data

We process Portal data for:

  • Creating and managing your Portal account
     

  • Authenticating you and linking your Portal account to Facebook Login
     

  • Enabling Portal features and service operations related to your role
     

  • Communicating Portal-related notices (e.g., account or security notices)
     

  • Protecting the Portal against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
     

  • Compliance with legal obligations and lawful requests
     

 

4. Sharing and Disclosure (Portal Context)

We do not sell Portal personal data. We may disclose Portal data only when necessary and lawful, including:

  • To authorized GetKlean personnel with a legitimate need to access it
     

  • To service providers that support Portal operations (e.g., hosting/infrastructure, monitoring/logging), under confidentiality and security obligations
     

  • When required by lawful legal or regulatory processes
     

 

5. Data Retention (Portal Context)

We retain Portal data only as long as necessary for Portal operations, security, compliance, and legitimate business purposes. If your Portal account is deactivated or deletion is requested, we will take steps to delete or anonymize data, subject to lawful retention requirements (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance).

 

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Portal data, subject to applicable law and verification of identity.

 

7. Data Deletion Requests (Meta Review-Ready)

If you used Facebook Login to access the Housemaid Portal and want your data deleted:

Please Include:

  • Full name
     

  • Email used for the Portal (if any)
     

  • Facebook Provider ID (if available) or your Facebook profile link
     

  • A short description of the request (e.g., “Delete my Portal account and related data”)
     

Processing time: We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required due to legal, security, or operational considerations. We may retain limited data where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
