HOUSEMAID PORTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Housemaid Portal Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GetKlean Housemaid Portal (the “Portal”) operated by GETKLEAN INC. (“GetKlean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
 
1. Eligibility and Account Access

  1. You must be authorized by GetKlean to use the Portal.
     

  2. Access may be provided through Facebook Login. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account details up to date.
     

 
2. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Portal for unlawful purposes;
     

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
     

  • Interfere with the Portal’s security or operation;
     

  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content;
     

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
     

 
3. Account Security

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login access and for all activities performed through your account.
     

  2. Notify GetKlean immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
     

 
4. Portal Content and Communications

  1. The Portal may display schedules, assignments, messages, and other operational information.
     

  2. You agree to use Portal information responsibly and maintain confidentiality of any customer or business-related information you may access.
     

 
5. Privacy
Your use of the Portal is subject to:

  • the GetKlean General Privacy Policy, and
     

  • the Housemaid Portal Privacy Addendum (Facebook Login)
     

 
6. Suspension and Termination
GetKlean may suspend or terminate your Portal access at any time if:

  • you violate these Terms,
     

  • you engage in suspected fraud or misuse,
     

  • it is necessary to protect security or comply with legal obligations, or
     

  • your authorization to use the Portal ends.
     

 
7. Disclaimers
The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to maintain availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be error-free.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GetKlean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Portal.
 
9. Changes to the Portal and Terms
We may update the Portal and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
 
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts/venues in the Philippines, subject to applicable law.
